Public Company Profile Information

About
Enterprises specializing in the resource sectors, forestry, marine operations and all government levels, utilize RTC’s satellite-based communications and its value-add solutions. The most recent sector to realize the value of satellite solutions is the retail sector, delivering advertising to WalMart Stores, via Ek3.

Benefits of the LinkStar® network include extensive security measures and carrier-grade status, tested for reliability by CEO Ralph Misener, with 37 years experience working with various government levels in remote locations assessing the  ommunications in various roles. The recently added Global IP network provides enterprises with the same quality, service and security as the LinkStar® technology; only at much higher levels to support larger international operations.

RTC’s reputation in the market place has been positively secured sparking a formal partnership with Telus and a long list of loyal clients,  including the federal Government. The best example is proven through the continual increase in customers and revenues on a quarterly basis.

VoIP Services

VoIP and FoIP (fax) services are continually in high demand to support today’s operations. As stated by its customers, the Ramtelecom VoIP service is the highest quality product over satellite available today. In order to extend its sales reach, Ramtelecom offers its services through selected regional value-added resellers to offer their platform to compliment other products. VoIP and FoIP provide many features to their users, creating the facilities for fullycommunicating offices in remote service areas.

VSAT Services
The uses for VSAT services include virtual private networks, internet access, VoIP, digital media
streaming, videoconferencing, distance education and file transfers. RAMTelecom operates two satellite gateway platforms. The KU band Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSat) system is generated by the high-powered LinkStar® technology; a world-leading IP over satellite product.
The bandwidth allocation LinkStar® provides is faster and more efficient than the other  systems on the market. Features include: high return channel rate, rate-based operation increasing data throughput, world-wide compatibility, low cost and adaptable to both small and large networks. RAMTelecom’s C Band gateway, Global-IP, is specifically designed to provide the large mining operations with high bandwidth options to fully meet the ever-increasing telecommunication needs; including multiple VoIP, data and video conferencing applications
for communities to meet and exceed terrestrial equivalents of T1 and above.

“VSat onWheels“
Engineered and built for life in the oil and gas industry, the Auto-mount Motorized Dish Mount System distributed by RAMTelecom is a rugged, environmentally tested and approved mobile satellite antenna. As the newest system available on the market today, it is an extremely reliable auto-mount system designed for quick and easy deployment and minimum field maintenance in a variety of applications. The complete system can be deployed from a stowed
position to fully locked operation in less than five minutes. Once deployed, it can be quickly configured for multiple satellites and easily integrated with a variety of satellite hubs.

Mobile Satellite Services
The mobile services provided by Ramtelecom include Iridium, Inmarsat, Globalstar and MSAT phones. Depending on the location of the receiving phone, a variety of mobile services may be employed. The Company’s use of various technologies provide reach to areas upwards of the 70th parallel and as low as the Antarctic and spans from Hawaii to New Zealand, although most focus is set within North America.

Competitive Advantages
Telus has accepted Ramtelecom as the formal satellite provider exposing Ramtelecom to their ENTERPRISE customer base. A partnership with a leading telecommunications company offers Ramtelecom an immediate upside for both existing and potential consumers. As the Resource Industries increase in size and dynamic, telecommunications are required for more companies to sustain growing operations. The combination of oil and gas and mining has increased wxponentially resulting in continually increasing recurring revenues of more than $200,000 in monthly billing. The Company shows excellent positioning for profitability in 2008 and beyond.
The primary advantage for customers of RAMTelecom is based on the superior service offered, including customer service, meticulous monitoring the network and providing flexibility on services to meet the individual consumer needs.
